Dear friends
Dear comrades
As you may have read in the last Mayor urges Samostalni Zastava of Kragujevac, the social situation in Serbia is worsening continuously. Anyone in recent years has often been in the country, every time I return is a further deterioration of living conditions of workers and their families. Those with "changes" in October 2000 had hoped for an improvement of the situation, are now in a state of "social desperation" tens of thousands of layoffs, unemployment, reduction of these minimum measures of social defense which existed until October last year and that affects pricing, health services, education, housing, subsidies for pensioners and disadvantaged groups. Today, these measures were terminated as a result of wild privatizations which are in full swing in the country and affecting all sectors.
To give an idea of \u200b\u200bhow it can be the mood and the prospects of the Serbian and Yugoslav workers, I think only this statement by the Governor of Central Bank of Yugoslavia M. Dinkic, a member of the pool of economists called "G17" which dealt with the "consolidation" of the economy on behalf of the Yugoslav government, the IMF and World Bank. Agency Tanjug in an interview, when asked what he thought of the tens of thousands of layoffs, the increasing misery and discontent of its mast, Mr. Dinkic had replied succinctly: "... ... We must and we will be relentless."
face of all this, which is the result of a ten-year embargo and bombings that have crippled the Serbian people and brought him back nearly 100 years (as international analysts said the UN in September), we think that as employees, as conscious men and women, supporters of peace and solidarity between peoples, we have a civic and moral debt to these workers and their children. To those widows and orphans of war, innocent victims of those bombings and international political games played in their lives that all of us, willingly or not, we are responsible and concerned, because the choices of our government (and the actions carried out by 1381 Our aircraft on those lands, certainly not bringing food or medicine ...). We are required
SOLIDARITY ', not charity, because solidarity is also demand for justice.
Solidarizzare, support those who are victims of a war or unintended choice, this is also the struggle for peace, against war, understood as an act of policy and taxation.
Even so it was against free logic, and the impoverishment of the people. Abuses against political, ethical, cultural and society like ours, where not only is impossible to prevent and difficult these days to go to war as a country, but also maintain and live cultures and feelings of solidarity, justice, emancipation and progress.
Even so, we resist and say NO to the present state of things! We are not many, but there we are, everything is difficult but we try. In
trade unions, in policy areas, nell'associazionismo international solidarizzanti islands of resistance and continue to try to break the walls of indifference and deafness. Association as "SOS SOS Yugoslavia Kosovo Metohija" and together with the members of our Association, along with other 8 (a few) really supportive, which in recent years have attempted to make a small but decent side, but also on behalf of all those in our country are making every effort so that this message reached us from Kragujevac, do not remain "dead letters": ask not to be deaf, at least to keep alive the hope for better times and more just, because without that, too, our responsibility to our children and the new generations, would be magnified and indelible.
"... I do not know if there is a time of order, but I know there is always hope.
hope as awareness and consciousness as a struggle for life ... ...
WITHOUT END. "

Motorcycle Trial Clothes
ajajajajaja of Appeals samopravo
After the acquittal of Ramush our dear friend, and that 'was spotted in the restaurants of Pristina to celebrate with his avvocatozzi, even on this blog and you' rightly rekindled the controversy entitled "The Hague Tribunal: this partisan."
I managed to put together a nice strip of 150 jailbirds, divided by nationality 'and charges, which were solicited by the Court since 1993
The plank itself' and if 'I'll save (if interested, please send by email). I propose a rather tasty pie chart:
100 out of 150 are Serbs, a good two thirds dry. We also see how many of these have so far been convicted:
37 to 56 are Serbs, again 2 / 3 correct. [Side note in 15 years (1993-2008) "our" and the court 'could inchiappettare only 56 people? If I wanted to do the populist I would also say: with more 'than a billion dollars spent ... on balance and every pay 'cost $ 20 million! ]
Back to war criminals or suspected. Forget those who died in the course of the proceedings (including, to name two, Arkan and Milosevic), have committed suicide (in or outside the cell), or are being made buckets while arresting them, and see the accused who are still under trial or awaiting trial:
Hey, What a coincidence, again the usual proportion: two-thirds (or four sixths, or 66%, if you prefer). 22 out of 33 defendants: the Serbs.
Ah, I forgot to say that Serbs are also all four of the last fugitives (Karadzic, Mladic and two others).
Charter sings. The court has investigated, prosecuted and convicted more 'Serb defendants who are charged with all the other nationalities' combined.
Sti biased judges have it right with the Serbs. But it 's really the only conclusion that you can' take?
I propose at least one other, just to keep in mind when training.
Note first that the "80% of Serbs investigated and prosecuted by the court are not Serbs in Serbia, but Serbs in Bosnia. Cosi 'like most of the Croats are Bosnian Croats.
Without denying that all have suffered greatly during the war, I think we can say that Bosnia and 'obscenity was the scene of' more 'crazy. I guess you could also say that the Serbian and Bosnian Serb army (Mladic, for instance) were by far the better armed (the JNA, the Yugoslav Army, was a very strong army). An army strong enough to hold siege to Sarajevo four years, a number of other besieged Muslim enclaves, hold in check the United Nations, the actions that others could only dream of.
If they had the weapons would have done the other? Dunno, probably 'do not know. And anyway, a criminal trial judge actions, not intentions.
After all, think of what becomes a kind of act di fede.
