BENEDICT XVI ANGELUS

St. Peter's Square Sunday, February 27, 2011

Dear brothers and sisters!

In today's liturgy echoes one of the most touching words of Sacred Scripture. The Holy Spirit has given us through the pen of the "second Isaiah," who, to console Jerusalem demolished misfortunes, puts it this way: "It is a woman forget her infant, be without tenderness for the child of her womb? Although they may forget, yet I will not forget you "(Is 49:15). This invitation confidence in the unfailing love of God is approached to the page, just as evocative of the Gospel of Matthew in which Jesus exhorts his disciples to trust in the providence of our heavenly Father, who feeds the birds of the sky and clothes the lilies of the field, and knows all our needs (cf. 6.24 to 34). So says the Master: "Do not worry, saying, What shall we eat? What shall we drink? What shall we wear? Of all these things go in search of the pagans. Your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need. "

Faced with the situation of many people, both near and far, who live in poverty, this discourse of Jesus may seem unrealistic, if not evasive. In any case, however, the Christian is characterized by absolute trust in Heavenly Father, as was Jesus' own relationship with God the Father who gives meaning to the whole life of Christ, in his words, his gestures of salvation, until his passion, death and resurrection. Jesus showed us what it means to live with his feet firmly on the ground, alert to the concrete situations of others, and at the same time keeping my heart in Heaven, immersed in God's mercy

Dear friends, in the light of the Word of God this Sunday, I invite you to invoke the Virgin Mary with the title of Mother of Divine Providence. God thinks of us

VIII Sunday in Ordinary Time (Is 49, 14-15, 1 Cor 4, 1-5; Mt 6: 24-34)

dominant theme of this Sunday: "God never abandons us, or you forget about us. The first reading of the prophet Isaiah gives us even a certain autobiographical ... God cares for us so that even if a mother can forget her child "I will never forget you."

• 1 / God forget? Impossible!

can not forget us because we were actually written by way of reminder, in the palm of his hands (Isaiah is always giving us this information ... autobiography of God: it was certainly one of its first secretary). And Jesus and so is the Son of the Father knows much more about his various secretaries, tells us that he even wrote all our names in a big book in heaven, "Rejoice because your names are written in heaven." Other than forgetting to write and rewrite our names: seven billion in two thousand and who knows how many centuries ago! But you realize: even our names written in heaven! Do you realize that we honor awarded! In the words of Don Divo Barsotti. "I, in the morning when I wake up, are already more than the Pope (with the utmost respect for the Pope," sweet Christ on earth "), because I can talk to God himself."

• 2 / Think about flying ...

The Gospel affirms and reinforces this concept: if there is already God thinks of you, but because you think so yourself?! Behold the fowls of heaven, but do not think that flying regularly receive their daily crumbs. "Probably not worth more than many sparrows?" I also think you fly high, to seek what is above, and you will also receive all of those here. While if you look for those on earth, you will not have neither the one nor the other. If you want to get what we ask (= the things below, namely health, home, work, etc..) You have to look further and you'll get when you do not ask more. "Seek ye first the kingdom of God and the rest will be given in addition." Take care of me, I'll see to you "Jesus said to Saint Catherine of Siena. And in the Gospel insists that we should not pre-occupied! Caring is one thing, is another worry! Deal is right, worrying is bad! Think a little 'less brothers and fly a bit' more ...

• 3 / Do not think about tomorrow: just the today!

not worry about tomorrow because it is more than enough weight now! If you load also those of tomorrow, we collapse the first time. And the more we are pagans, because of these things the pagans, not the Heavenly Father's children. "Consider the lilies of the field" spin and sew their clothes perhaps? Yet who is more elegant than a single one of them? I have never seen such elegance and finesse as in their dress. I do not even mean to fashion shows, fashion shows but I think if a lily, it would back all!
Now you go to re-read the Gospel for this Sunday and you will see that the solution to worry too much is just one: the abandonment to God never abandons us, we who make a great effort to abandon ourselves totally to him to let him the steering wheel of our lives. This would be the only way to escape the fear of tomorrow that surrounds us, as Don says this prayer Dolindo Ruotolo, ispiratagli by Jesus himself:
"Why do you confuse excitement? Let Me in the care of your things and everything will calm down.
tell you the truth that every act of true, blind, complete surrender to Me, has the effect you desire and resolve difficult situations. Surrender to me does not mean smashing, upset and despair, addressing a prayer then agitated (...). Surrendering means closing the eyes of quietly, diverting the mind from the tribulation and get back to me because I only do we find, like children asleep in his mother's arms, the other side. "

In Defense of Life - Evangelium Vitae - III

Back to the appointment with the Encyclical Letter Evangelium vitae, "in defense of life. Today we continue with the second part of speech that invites reflection on the inviolable value of life and see how the Venerable John Paul II continues to base his speech on the incident to the biblical Cain, the murderer of his brother Abel

THE VOICE OF YOUR BROTHER'S BLOOD CRIES TO ME FROM THE GROUND

" What have you done? " (Gen. 4, 10):

The eclipse of the value of life

14. The various techniques of artificial reproduction, which would seem to be at the service of life and which are frequently used with this intention, actually open the door to new threats against life. Beyond the fact that they are morally unacceptable, since they separate procreation from the fully human context of the conjugal {14}, these techniques have a high rate of failure: it does not so much fertilization, as the subsequent development of ' embryo exposed to the risk of death, generally within a short time. Following this same logic, it has been to deny the most basic care, even nourishment, children born with serious handicaps or illnesses. The contemporary scene, moreover, is even more disconcerting because of the proposals, advanced here and there, to legitimize, in the same line as the right to abortion, even infanticide, thus returning to a state of barbarism that it was hoped to have passed forever.

15. Threats no less serious hang over the incurably ill and the dying in a social and cultural context which makes it more difficult to face and accept suffering, heightens the temptation to solve the problem of suffering by eliminating the root, by hastening la morte al momento ritenuto più opportuno. Tutto ciò è exacerbated by a cultural climate which fails to perceive any meaning or value in suffering, but rather considers the epitome of evil, to be eliminated at all costs which happens especially when you do not have a religious vision that will help to decipher the mystery of pain positively But in contemporary culture does not fail to affect even a kind of Promethean attitude which, in this way, leads people to think they can control life and death decisions about them, when in fact he is defeated and crushed by a death deprived of any prospect of meaning or hope. We see a tragic expression of all this in the spread of euthanasia-disguised and surreptitious, or practiced openly and even legally. It, as well as an alleged mercy in front of the patient's pain, is sometimes justified by the utilitarian motive is to avoid costs weigh heavily on society. Thus it is proposed to eliminate malformed babies, the severely handicapped, the disabled, the elderly, especially when not self-sufficient, and the terminally ill. Nor can we remain silent in the face of other more subtle but no less serious and real, of euthanasia. They, for example, might occur when, to increase the availability of transplant organs, he proceeded organs are removed without respecting objective and adequate criteria which verify the death of the donor.

16. Another current phenomenon, which is frequently accompanied by threats and attacks against life, is the demographic. It comes in different ways in different parts of the world in rich and developed countries there is a disturbing decline or collapse of birth rates in poor countries, however, generally have a high rate of population growth, difficult to sustain in the context of lower economic and social development, where there is extreme underdevelopment. In the face of overpopulation in poor countries lacking at the international level, global action - series family and social policies, programs and cultural growth of production and fair distribution of resources - while continuing to implement anti-life policies. Contraception, sterilization and abortion are certainly part of the causes that contribute to situations of strong decline in the birthrate. It may be the temptation to use the same methods and attacks against life, even in situations of "population explosion". The Pharaoh of old, haunted by the presence and increase of the children of Israel, submitted them to every form of oppression and ordered that he be put to death every male child born of Jewish women (cf. Ex 1, 7-22). Likewise, you will now not a few powerful of the earth. They too are haunted by the demographic growth and fear that the most prolific and poorest peoples represent a threat to il benessere e la tranquillità dei loro Paesi.

Beyond the intentions, which can be varied and perhaps can seem convincing at times in the name of solidarity, we are in fact faced by an objective "conspiracy against life", involving even international Institutions, engaged in encouraging and carrying out actual campaigns to make contraception, sterilization and abortion. One can not be denied that the media are often complicit in this conspiracy, by lending credit to that culture which presents recourse to contraception, sterilization, abortion and even euthanasia as a sign of progress and a victory for freedom , while depicting as enemies of freedom and progress those positions which are unreservedly pro-life.

Padre Pio - At the door of Paradise - Twenty-ninth meeting

Back to the appointment with the biography that portrays an unpublished "History of Padre Pio told his friends:" On the Threshold of Paradise "by Saverio Gaeta. Today It is revealed how it has come to the beatification of Padre Pio:

XI

Miracles and supernatural events

The miracles of holiness

On December 10, 1981 Archbishop Paul Charter was received a private audience with John Paul and said, "Your Holiness, for seven years I was a bishop in Foggia, near Padre Pio '. So I am a witness of his holiness. I recommend the cause of his beatification. " And the Pope replied: "Padre Pio is there to admire the heroic life, the ministry of churches and the suffering of the stigmata. Once I went to see him and I confessed to him. I also remember a person with cancer, who had the cure for the intervention of Padre Pio [was her friend Wanda Poltawska, for whose sake the Archbishop Wojtyla had written in November 1962 to cappuccino, nei .. But we want miracles for beatification. " Then, smiling sweetly, said: "Padre Pio has done miracles in life. They face even after death. "

In fact, John Paul was already a personal interest - accepting the request made to him in writing by April 23, 1979 postulator Father Bernardino da Siena - so that the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith and the Congregation for the Causes of Saints to grant nothing -ahead to open the diocesan phase of the canonization process (previously rejected February 16, 1972, July 6, 1974 and May 28, 1976). Finally, November 29, 1982, came the longed-for "green" and the Archbishop of Manfredonia was inaugurated the diocesan process, which lasted from 20 March 1983-21 January 1990, with the participation of 69 trial witnesses and 10 non-procedural. After the favorable opinion of theological Look, December 18, 1997 Pope John Paul II signed the decree on the heroic virtues of Padre Pio, declared Venerable.

The miracle for beatification was ratified what happened to Mrs. Salerno Recommend De Martino, 31 October 1995 had been hospitalized for a payment of lymphatic fluid that required surgery. The woman is now entrusted to the intercession of Padre Pio, to whom he was devoted, and in the afternoon of 1 November, having received a strong scent of flowers, he began to feel better. On November 4, abdomen and chest examinations documenting the unexplained disappearance of the liquid lymphatic and November 6, the patient was discharged fully recovered.

On May 2, 1999, in St. Peter's Square, Pope John Paul II presided over the beatification ceremony, and declared that the liturgical feast of Padre Pio was placed on the calendar on September 23. Pope John Paul II stressed inter alia that "the testimony of Padre Pio is a powerful reminder of the supernatural dimension, not to be confused with the miracle, deviation from which he always shunned with firmness."

for the canonization was chosen instead of the miraculous cure of Matteo Pio Colella child was admitted in the House for the Relief of Suffering January 20, 1999 for meningitis. Even in this case were now offer prayers for the intercession of Padre Pio. The situation was in imminent danger of death, since they were nine bodies at the same time weak and international clinical literature deemed irrecoverable already sick with five bodies compromise. But the child - after seeing the Father in a dream telling him that he would have recovered - recovered his health and February 12 was discharged from the intensive care unit, in this case there were no scientific explanations to justify their recovery.

St. Robert Bellarmine

Dear brothers and sisters,

St. Robert Bellarmine, to whom I wish to speak today, there door with the memory at the time of the painful division of Western Christianity, when a major political and religious crisis caused the detachment of entire nations by the Apostolic See.

Born October 4, 1542 in Montepulciano, near Siena, was the nephew, his mother's side of Pope Marcellus II. He had an excellent liberal arts education before entering the Society of Gesù il 20 settembre 1560. Si era concluso da poco il Concilio di Trento e per la Chiesa Cattolica era need to strengthen and confirm their identity, even compared to the Protestant Reformation. The action of Bellarmine was in this context. From 1588 to 1594 was the spiritual father of the first students of the Jesuit Collegio Romano, among whom he met and directed St. Aloysius Gonzaga, and then the religious superior. Pope Clement VIII appointed him papal theologian, consultant to the dean of the College of the Holy Office and confessors of the Basilica of St. Peter. At the biennium 1597 - 1598 back in its catechism, the Christian Doctrine short, that was his most popular work.

On March 3, 1599 was created cardinal by Pope Clement VIII, and March 18, 1602, was appointed archbishop of Capua. He was ordained Episcopal April 21 of that year. In the three years when he was bishop of the diocese, was renowned for the zeal of a preacher in his cathedral, that he worked for the weekly visit to the parishes, for the three diocesan synods and provincial council which gave him life. Having participated in the conclaves that elected Pope Leo XI and Paul V, was recalled to Rome, where he was a member of the Congregations of the Inquisition, the Index, the Rites of Bishops and the Propagation of the Faith. He also had diplomatic assignments at the Venetian Republic and Britain to defend the rights of the Apostolic See. In his later years wrote several books on spirituality, in which condensed the result of its annual retreat. From reading of the Christian people, they still draws large buildings. He died in Rome September 17, 1621. Pope Pius XI beatified him in 1923 and canonized him in 1930 and proclaimed him a Doctor of the Church in 1931.

St. Robert Bellarmine Church played an important role in the last decades of the sixteenth century and the beginning of the next century. His Controversiae were a landmark, still stands for the Catholic ecclesiology the questions about the revelation, the nature of the Church, the sacraments, theological anthropology. In them appears accentuated the institutional Church, by reason of the errors which then circulated on these issues. However Bellarmine also clarified aspects invisible Church as the Mystical Body and illustrates them with the analogy of body and soul, in order to describe the relationship between the inner riches of the Church and the external aspects that make it audible. In this monumental work, which attempts to systematize the various theological controversies of the time, he avoids all cut and aggressive polemic against the ideas of the Reformation, but using the arguments of reason and the Tradition of the Church, explains in clear and effective Catholic doctrine.

However, his legacy lies in the way they conceived of his work. The heavy government offices did not prevent him, in fact, to strive daily to holiness through fidelity the needs of their state of religious, priests and bishops. From this it follows faithfully its commitment to preaching. Since, as a priest and bishop, first and foremost a pastor, he felt a duty to preach regularly. Hundreds of Sermons - homilies - held in Flanders, in Rome, Naples and Capua on the occasion of the liturgical celebrations. No less abundant are its expositiones explanationes and parish priests, nuns, students of the Collegio Romano, who often object to the sacred Scripture, especially the Letters of St. Paul. His preaching and his catechesis have that same character of simplicity that he had learned Jesuit by education, all directed to concentrate the forces of the soul on the Lord Jesus deeply known, loved and imitated.

In the writings of this man of government there is very clearly, even in the privacy behind which hides his feelings, the primacy which he assigns to the teachings of Christ. St. Bellarmine thus offers a model of prayer, the soul of each activity: a prayer that listens to the Word of God, which is satisfied in contemplating the greatness which does not withdraw into itself, but is glad to surrender to God A hallmark Bellarmine is the spirituality of living and personal perception of the immense goodness of God, which our Holy son really felt loved by God and was a source of great joy to gather with serenity and simplicity, prayer, and contemplation of God in his book De ascension mentis in Deum - Elevation of the mind to God - Itinerarium up on the pattern of St. Bonaventure, exclaims: " O soul, your sample is God, infinite beauty, light without shadows, brightness that exceeds that of the moon and sun. Lift up your eyes to God in which there are the archetypes of all things, and from which, as a source of endless fertility, this comes almost infinite variety of things. Therefore you must conclude: Who is God is everything, God loser loses everything. "

In this text, you hear the echo of the famous contemplatio to Amoremio obtineundum - contemplation to obtain love - the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius of Loyola. The Bellarmine, who lives in the lavish and often unhealthy society of the last sixteenth and early seventeenth century, this contemplation derives from practical applications and is sending you the situation of the Church of his time with lively pastoral inspiration. In the book De arte moriendi well - the art of dying well - for example, shows that under certain of the good life, and even the good die, and often seriously ponder who will be accountable to God for their actions and his way to live, and try not to accumulate wealth in this country, but to live simply and with love in order to accumulate goods in Heaven. In the book De gemitu Columbae - The wail of the dove, the dove which represents the Church - recalls the clergy and the faithful who have a personal and concrete reform their lives according to what they teach Scripture and the Saints, including mentions in particular Saint Gregory Nazianzen, St. John Chrysostom, St. Jerome and St. Augustine, in addition to the great founders of religious orders such as St. Benedict, St. Dominic and St. Francis. The Bellarmine teaches with great clarity and example of his life that there can be no true reform of the Church if the first is not our own reform and the conversion of our heart.

Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius, the Bellarmine drew on tips for communicating in a profound way, even the most simple, the beauty of the mysteries of faith. He writes: "If you have wisdom, you understand that you are created for the glory of God and your eternal salvation. This is your end, this is the center of your soul, this is the treasure of your heart. So true good estimate for you what leads you to your end, do what makes you bad miss. Prosperous or adverse events, wealth and poverty, disease and health, honor and outrage, life and death, the wise man should neither look for them, and fled for himself. But they are good and desirable only if they contribute to the glory of God and your eternal happiness, are evil to be avoided if the obstacles " (De ascensione mentis in Deum, grad. 1).

Grazie.

A New Powerful earthquake and, Even More Devastating Than The one last September, has Struck the City of Christchurch in New Zealand, Causing considerable loss of life and The Disappearance of Many People, to say nothing Of The damage to buildings. At this time, my thoughts turn Especially to the People Who Are Being There Severely Tested by this tragedy. Let us ask God to Relieve Their suffering and to support all who are involved in the rescue operations. I also ask you to join me in praying for all who have lost their lives. Finally, I would like to greet the English-speaking visitors and pilgrims present at today's Audience, especially those from England, Ireland, Sweden, Japan and the United States. I also thank the choirs for their praise of God in song. Upon you and your families I cordially invoke God's abundant blessings. I cordially greet

all German-speaking pilgrims, especially today, Bishop Ludwig Schwarz with the dean of the Diocese of Linz. The saints are people who have a normal life, a demanding professional life as St. Bellarmine lived, but it stayed inside with God and have overcome by the Occupational therefore better. So we should by St. Robert Bellarmine learn this: the inner contact with God, with Christ, keep and shaped by it slowly and to become enlightened. He says explicitly: Any reform of the Church begins with the reform of myself only when I have to reform me, I must really take the renewal of the church with. The Lord grant us all to his favor.

THINK NOT JUST PAY THE FEE RAI ...? DO NOT DO THIS!

WHEN YOU PAY THE FEE RAI?? But how much money these thieves are stealing! It is not enough that our banks are the most expensive of all Europe, not just the nonstre taxes are the most expensive of all Europe, is not enough our salaries are the most taxed in Europe.

As concessionaire of public service broadcasting of RAI has a statutory obligation to produce public service broadcasting and utility in a fixed hourly rate. RAI receives, through the ATM Pay TV, the "license fee , a 'tax on the possession of any equipment suitable or adaptable to the reception of television programs ( WHY ??????) European public television, is with the share higher (44.92%), while the main competitor, Mediaset reaches an average of 34.2% of listening .... aaaa so that's why, I bet there's a hand of the GRA. PIECES. DE. Shit. FIG. DE. PUT. GREAT. BASTARD. Mr President, as well as megagalattico S. Berlusconi is still the tax charge rai, who now wants to pay services should be free to decide at the very least it seems like there !!!???

The birth of the company is linked to a regulatory measure, the Royal Decree No 1067 / 1923 (in 1923 there was no competition and it seems reasonable to pay if you want to see, but today things have changed, I can not stress MAI DI DIRE CHE è UN'INGIUSTIZIA SE SI è COSTRETTI A PAGARE PER QUALCOSA CHE NON SI VUOLE, A ME LA RAI FA VOMITARE E NON ME NE PUò FREGARE DI MENO DI TUTTI I SUOI PROGRAMMI DEL CAZZO!!!) , che affidava allo Stato l'esclusiva sulle trasmissioni radiofoniche da esercitare tramite società concessionarie. È così che il 27 agosto 1924 nasce a Torino l'azienda che oggi conosciamo come RAI – Radiotelevisione Italiana, con la denominazione di Unione Radiofonica Italiana ( URI ), sotto forma di Società anonima (ossia società per azioni per le norme del tempo) creata dal primo Ministro delle Comunicazioni Costanzo Ciano of Italy , and that is a merger between the company Radiofono of Guglielmo Marconi and Sirac .

Four years later, on January 15 1928, the URI is converted into Italian Institute for auditions radio (EIAR). The 26 October 1944 the EIAR was renamed Radio Hearings Italian (RAI) also employed by the Ministry of Communications , which became soon the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications. The April 10 1954, following the initiation of regular television broadcasts (which took place on January 3 1954), the Italian Radio Auditions turns definitively RAI - Italian Television .

OF WALNUT ..... Poor thing!
Adriano Celentano è stato l'unico a riuscire ad imporre il suo volere, lo ha accusato esplicitamente nella its transmission seguitissima Rockpolitik and managed to force him from the program of all'autosospensione Molleggiato who managed to have carte blanche and complete autonomy in its transmission. ' Mara Venier said in an interview that Del Noce does not do more work in television for retaliation after the popular presenter argued in municipal elections of Rome Walter Veltroni .
CI are robbing GUYS! With Knight at the reins, these characters do what the hell they like!
LONDON - The Court of Appeal of Rome ordered the envoy of "Striscia la Notizia" Valerio Staffelli private violence to the detriment of the director of Rai Fiction Fabrizio Del Noce, in relation to the episode of " microphones' in December 2003 in a Roman restaurant and filmed by television cameras and broadcast television .

MA Okay, there would be So much to talk about ....
who does not own a television today ...? None! Why I can not have a screen for my pc 56 inch?? Holy shit ..!!! WHY?? Come difendersi 1. il funzionario Rai non has no right to enter the house of a private citizen. They can only do the police on behalf of the authority 'court. Therefore, you can 'invite the official Rai to leave. If you insist, call 113.
2. Never sign anything what 'and that' offered by an official Rai. Withdraw if the slip, if the official insisted, and it is believed that the use (bookmark, paper recycling, etc.).. If you and 'signed the slip and you do not have TV, send the notice
"I have no TV and no pago" , explaining that he was induced to sign by fraud.
3. If, following the visit, whether or not you have signed the slip, there came a letter si intima il pagamento del canone a seguito di un accertamento, rispondere con la diffida
"Non ho la tv e non vi pago" .

II.
Come difendersi 1.

Come difendersi: Per prima cosa, e' importante know that by law is not 'require any statement in lieu of an attested affidavit'. Rai and that of 'just another attempt to sfiancare citizens and making them pay for fatigue. To avoid trouble, you can 'fill out and submit the declaration, the text by deleting the words "personal computer". Contrary to what 'he says Rai, is not' clear which equipment is due to the fee / tax in addition to the TV. On this were also filed parliamentary questions to which it is not 'been answered. The law speaks of "apparatus designed or adapted for the reception of radioaudizioni. As long as there will be no further official clarification, everyone can 'interpret that phrase as it sees fit, proposing this questioning the Inland Revenue, who will answer ' with a letter like' do not know ... it is for the ministry to decide '. With this non-response, you are entitled to pay for a PC as long as there will be 'notified otherwise by the Agency.

IV. After responding with a warning to claims for payment of the fee / tax because 'and not' in possession of any TV, Rai continues to send threatening demands for payment and / or fighting back by requesting a declaration in lieu
an attested affidavit ' or other form that you should swear not to have any electronic device.
For one thing, and 'important to know that this statement in lieu of an affidavit of' and 'invention of an unlawful Rai sfiancare citizens and making them pay for fatigue. You can 'certainly fill the form for a quiet life, but at the same time, considering the bullying of the RAI, you should do the following:
1. Please tell all, enclosing a copy of the notice and the subsequent letters Rai, the Attorney General of the Court of Auditors , asking whether there is a waste of public money in preparing and sending letters and forms against the law. This address: Attorney General of the Court of Auditors - Via A. Baiamonti, 25 - 00195 Roma.
2. recourse to the Guarantor of the Taxpayer's Region, also enclosing copies of correspondence with Rai (see
this form )
addresses the Guarantor of its region can be found here

3. make a complaint for abuse of office complaint to the prosecutor of Turin, using this form
4. Contact your local court to obtain a reasonable Rai damages ( here how ).

V. After sending a
cancellation the fee , Rai unlawfully requires the taxpayer to compile a further form, a statement attested affidavit of substitutes' without which, he said, the cancellation would not be valid. In the declaration form should allow even the Guardia di Finanza to come into your home to carry out an authorization completely ineffective and useless, which is intended merely to frighten you. With these devices, Rai said the notice sent previously ineffective, 'cause incomplete, and claims the fee for the semesters or years.
By law, however, for the purpose of cancellation and 'sufficient
recommended a / r be sent by December 31st of the year preceding that in which they will cease the payment, indicating the number of "subscription" and specifying the type of equipment that you and 'in possession and to whom it may yield. How to Defend Yourself: 1. respond with a letter registered letter of notice / warning , explaining that you have followed the letter of the law regarding the sealing and not having to pay any amount for each subsequent period. In this recommendation you can 'move forward a claim for damages for expenses and any loss of time necessary to defend against this illegal request. You can 'also attach statement in lieu of an attested affidavit 'for a quiet life, but at the same time, considering the bullying of the RAI, it is advisable to proceed with steps 2-5.
3. Recourse to the Guarantor of the Taxpayer
its Region, also enclosing copies of correspondence with Rai.
The addresses of the Guarantor your region can be found here

4. make a complaint for abuse of office complaint to the prosecutor of Turin, using this form
5. Contact your local court to obtain a reasonable Rai damages ( here how ).

The Summa Theologica - Ninth part

Back to delve in the Summa Theologica of St. Thomas Aquinas , a work which gave a scientific foundation, philosophy and theology to Christian doctrine.

Part
The sacred doctrine

Part
Issue 1 Article 9

If the Scripture should use metaphors

seem that the Scripture should not use metaphors. Fact:
1. It is convenient to this science, which holds the record among all the proceedings just the extremely science. Now, proceed by way of similes and figures of poetry is its own, which is the last of the disciplines. So the use of metaphors is not expedient to this science.

2. This doctrine is intended to show the truth, so that its lovers are promised a prize: "What I bring to light, will have eternal life." Now, the similarities conceal the truth. Should not, therefore, this doctrine teach divine things under the figure of corporeal things.

3. The more a creature is all the more sublime approaches the divine somiglianza.

Reply to: 1. The poet uses metaphors for the sake of image building, in fact the figure is naturally pleasing to man. While the Scripture makes use of metaphors by necessity and usefulness as has been said.

2. The ray of divine revelation is not destroyed, as noted by the same Dionysius, under the veil of figures sensitive, but remains intact in its truth, and thus does not allow the mind to which the disclosure was made, the arresting image , but raises them to the knowledge of things intelligible and let through those who have had direct revelation also others will instruct on such things. So that what happens in a place of Scripture is taught in the metaphor, is explicitly expressed in other places. Moreover, the figures of its own darkness is useful for the exercise of scholars and mockery against the infidels, in respect of which it is said in the Gospel: "Do not give holy things to dogs."

3. By Dionigi must recognize that it is cheaper than spiritual things are presented to us in Sacred Scripture in the figures of vile bodies, rather than of noble bodies. This is for two reasons. Firstly, because it more easily the human spirit is preserved from error.

Rediscovering the Saints - Saint Teresa of the Child Jesus (of Lisieux)

Back to the weekly, aimed at the discovery of our beloved saints! Today we discover St. Therese of Lisieux (also known as St. Therese of Lisieux), virgin and doctor of the Church: a teenager entered the Caramel of Lisieux in France, became for purity and simplicity of life master of holiness in Christ, teaching the way of 'spiritual childhood to attain perfection, Christian mystic and placing every care to serve the salvation of souls and the Church's growth.
She is a shining example of true faith and also of great Christian wisdom to the point of being cited by almost all the saints who lived after her, as St. Alphonsus Maria de Liguori.
discover the history of this Holy well loved and known, through the usual biographical section, followed by some of his holy thoughts, to show us his face:

Biography
He climbs up to the Duomo in Milan on Madonna, the Tower of Pisa, and Rome goes even prohibited in places of the Colosseum. The fourteen year old Teresa Martin is the figure most attractive of the French pilgrims arrived in Rome at the end of 1887 to the sacerdotal jubilee of Leo XIII. But the papal audience to the whole group, terrified the bishops directly asking the Pope to be able to join a monastery immediately, before the age of 18. Cautious is the response of Leo XIII, but after four months Teresa entered the Caramel of Lisieux, where her two sisters have preceded it (and she will not be the last one). The

Martin Alençon: small and prosperous middle class of skilled labor. The father learned watchmaking in Switzerland. The mother directs lace makers who make the famous home Alençon lace. Accounts in order, punctuality of payment as the legendary Mass esteemed. Is compatible to many deaths in the family: four deaths among the nine children. Then the mother died when Teresa was only four years. In
monastery took the name Sister Teresa of the Child Jesus and the Holy Face, but not the island of holiness that was expected. All accurate, all in order. But the substance is poor. The superior does not understand, someone mistreats. The spirit that she was looking for, just not there, but instead of mourning the absence, Teresa gives birth to himself. And if he carries out the reform of the monastery. Stimuli of sanctification becomes ill, mediocrity, distortions, restoring joy in exchange for the offenses.
It 'a mystic who rejects the pious isolation. Do they suffer? And she is one that "can make you die laughing at recess," as the superior must admit its spirited. Then in 1897 she has already died, after less than un decennio di vita religiosa oscurissima. Not only
. In 1929, while in the USSR Stalin triumphs, Pius XI already created the College Russicum in order to train priests for the apostolate in Russia, when things change. Even then. And as a patron of this challenge means just you, Sister Teresa of the Child Jesus.

*** Thoughts of St. Therese:

"Jesus calls those who are worthy, but the ones they want."

"I understand that the love of our Lord is all the more simple soul, who can not resist at all with his grace, as in the most sublime is actually just love fall.

"As the sun illuminates the cedars at the same time and each flower as if it was only on earth, our Lord also deals, in particular of every soul as if it had no other like it."

"There are many degrees in the perfection and every soul is free to respond to the proposals of our Lord, to do much or little to him: I am not afraid to suffer for Thee, O Lord. I do not fear one thing: keep my will. Take it, because I choose anything you want. "

" After seven years I should be sorry to sleep during the prayer and thanksgiving: Well I do not mind. I think that young children will appeal to both parents when sleep, and when they are awake, I think that to perform, doctors and their patients fall asleep. "

" I've noticed many times that Jesus does not want to give me supplies, feeds me every moment with a fresh food, I find it in me without knowing how this is. "

" To attain perfection not know any other means love. Love: our hearts are made for this. "

" If I were a priest I would have studied Hebrew and greek, to read the Word of God with the same human language with which he wished to speak. "

Jesus, my Lord and my God, I want to be exactly like you, I want to suffer and die with you to achieve with you the joy of resurrection. You, that great God who loves the world, live in me day and night. And your voice always begs me and tells me: "I thirst, I thirst for love"! I also want to repeat your divine prayer: I thirst for love. I thirst for love! Satisfy my hope, increase in me, O Lord, your ardor divine. I thirst for love! What suffering, my God, how great! How I wish you fly! Your love, O Jesus, is my only martyrdom, because it burns more love, more love you want my soul. Jesus, 'I die of love for you!

Amortization Schedule Regza

Angelus Pope Benedict XVI - February 20, 2011

BENEDETTO XVI

ANGELUS

Piazza San Pietro
Domenica, 20 febbraio 2011

 Cari fratelli e sorelle!

Con queste parole, e i precetti che ne conseguono, the Lord asked the people who had chosen to be faithful to Him walking on the streets and social legislation based on the commandment "You shall love your neighbor as yourself" (Lev 19:18). If we listen, then, Jesus, in whom God took a mortal body to be the neighbor of every man and reveal his infinite love for us, we find the same call, the same audacious goal. He says, in fact, the Lord, "Be perfect as your heavenly Father is perfect" (Mt 5:48). But who could become perfect? Our perfection is to live as children of God with humility actually doing his will.

(1 Cor 3:16). If we are really aware of this reality, and our lives are deeply molded, then our witness becomes clear, eloquent and effective. A medieval author wrote: "When the whole being of man is, so to speak, mixed love of God, then the splendor of his soul is reflected in appearance" (John Climacus, Scala Paradisi, XXX: PG 88, 1157 B), in the totality of life. "Great thing is the love - we read in the book The Imitation of Christ - a commodity that makes everything light and heavy quietly endures all things difficult. Love hopes to climb up, without being restrained by anything ground. It comes from God and only God can find rest "(III, V, 3).

Dear friends, tomorrow, February 22, will celebrate the Feast of the Chair of St. Peter. To him, the first of the apostles, Christ himself entrusted the task of teacher and pastor for the spiritual leader of the People of God, so that it can rise up to heaven. I therefore urge all pastors to "assimilate the" new way of life "which was inaugurated by the Lord Jesus and is taken up by the Apostles" (Letter Year Convocation of Priests). We invoke the Virgin Mary, Mother of God and the Church, that teach us to love one another and to welcome come fratelli, figli dello stesso padre celestial.

Dopo Angelus:

[Saluti varies in ling: I cordially greet the pilgrims, particularly francophone students graduate college-Charles Peguy Bobigny. Dear friends, the readings for this Sunday are directing us to the joy of reconciliation. The Lord invites us to ask resolutely concrete acts of forgiveness, love for the next owner is able to change the world order by refusing his wisdom and false idols that we offer. May the Holy Spirit who dwells within us is a source of insight, strength and generosity to bear witness to the truth de l’Evangile dans notre vie quotidienne! Je souhaite à tous un bon séjour!

I offer heartfelt greetings to all the English-speaking visitors present at today’s Angelus! In particular I greet the young singers from the Cardinal Vaughan Memorial School in London. The Cardinal’s motto, “Amare et Servire”, is a beautiful expression of the Christian way of life. We are all called to love unconditionally, as today’s Gospel reminds us, and to place ourselves generously at the service of our neighbour. Upon everyone here today, and upon your families and loved ones at home, I invoke God’s abundant blessings.

In today's Gospel, the Lord tells his disciples: "Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you" (Matt. 5:44). So we become sons of our Heavenly Father and make him visible to the people: our generosity that goes into its data on the normally experienced, and that pure sincerity that opens our eyes to God. The Lord wants us to ask who give away nothing of the love in your way. He has given us an example, because he loved his family with a love has that knew no bounds and went to the extreme and leaves. In this love he would strengthen us all and fill you and your family with his grace.

greet the English-speaking pilgrims present at this Angelus, in particular the faithful of the parish of Santa Eulalia, Murcia. Today's liturgy invites us to the fullness of Christian life and perfection of charity, through forgiveness of enemies and prayer for persecutors, the source of lasting reconciliation. Also a timely message for the Colombian people, who wish to extend my closeness and affection on the occasion of the various initiatives being undertaken to commemorate that twenty-five years, my venerated predecessor, Pope John Paul II, was up "with the peace of Christ, on the roads of Colombia." Feliz domingo. Yours sincerely

Poles, participants Angelus. " In today's Gospel, Jesus reminds us: "Love your enemies" (Mt 5, 44). In the face of evil, oppression, injustice, beware of revenge, revenge and hatred, let us pray for the persecutors. Overcome evil with good (cf. Rom 12, 21). All the adversity zawierzmy Bogu, by the zyskać Wolnosci duchowy pokój. Niece Bóg błogosławi wam.

[Polish cordially greet the participants in the Angelus prayer. In today's Gospel reminds us of the Christ: "Love your enemies" (Mt 5:44). When we suffer for the evil, persecution, injustice, let us not revenge, revenge and hatred, and pray for the persecutors. "Overcome evil with good" (Rom. 12:21). We entrust to God all that adversity to achieve freedom and peace of mind. God bless you.]

Finally I extend my cordial greeting to the Italian-speaking pilgrims, especially the faithful from Poggiomarino Modica, Cento di Ferrara e dalla parrocchia di Sant’Igino Papa in Roma, come pure alla Fondazione Petroniana di Bologna. Clonazepam And Hair Loss

arduous undertaking

VII domenica Tempo ordinario (Lev 19,1; 1Cor 3,16-23; Mt 5,38-48)

First reading: The Lord said to Moses: "Speak to the whole Israelite community by telling them: Be ye holy for I am holy."
Second reading: "Holy is the temple of God that you are".
Gospel: "Be perfect as your heavenly Father is perfect." That company! At first glance, impossible to human effort alone. And not just at first sight ...

• 1) Who is holy?

"I am holy." If there is an exclusive attribute of God, which belongs to him alone, it is holiness, as we repeat the Glory "you alone are the Holy One, you alone are the Lord, you alone are the Most High ..."
Allora noi?

Saremmo sempre brutti in secula seculorum… Del resto c’è solo da leggere il Vangelo di oggi per capire che questa Holiness is not entirely within our reach, but ... nothing is impossible with God, however, must rely on Him! Totally! Courage, therefore, my friends! The road starts on the ground: it is hard to touch the ground, but once there, zipping fast (even on foot) along the path of holiness. Enjoy your trip!

In Defense of Life - Evangelium Vitae - Padre Pio II

Back appointment with the Encyclical Letter Evangelium vitae, "in defense of life. Today we continue to reflect on the inviolable value of life and see how the Venerable John Paul II continues to base his speech incident on the biblical Cain, slayer of his brother Abel

THE VOICE OF YOUR BROTHER'S BLOOD CRIES TO ME FROM THE GROUND

" What have you done? " (Gen 4 , 10):

The eclipse of the value of life

10. The Lord said to Cain: "What have you done?" The voice of thy brother's blood is crying to me from the ground! " (Gen. 4, 10). The voice of the blood shed by men continues to cry out, from generation to generation, in different accents and tones, and always new. The Lord's question "What have you done?" which Cain can not escape, is addressed also to the contemporary man to make them realize the extent and gravity of the attacks against life which continue to mark human history; go in search of the multiple causes that generate them and them feed; ponder seriously the consequences which derive from these attacks for the existence of individuals and peoples. Some threats come from nature itself, but are made worse by the culpable indifference and negligence of men who could in some cases remedy them, while others are the result of situations of violence, hatred and conflicting interests that lead people to attack others through murder, war, slaughter and genocide. And how can we forget the violence that makes the lives of millions of human beings, especially children, forced into poverty, malnutrition and hunger because of an unjust distribution of resources between peoples and between social classes? or violence inherent not only in wars, but in the scandalous arms trade, which spawns the many armed conflicts that cause bloodshed in the world? the spreading of death caused by reckless tampering with the ecological balance by the criminal spread of drugs or by the promotion of sexual activity which, besides being morally unacceptable, also involve grave risks to life? It is impossible to fully the wide range of threats to human life, there are many forms, whether explicit or hidden, that they appear today!

11. But we shall concentrate in particular on another kind of attacks, affecting life in the womb and terminals, which present new characteristics with respect to the past and which raise questions of extraordinary seriousness to the fact that they tend to lose, in the collective consciousness, the character of "crime" and paradoxically they assume the "right" to the extent that it demands a genuine legal recognition from the state and make them available through the free services of health professionals. Such attacks strike human life at its greatest frailty, quando è priva di ogni capacità di difesa. Occorre prendere in considerazione molteplici fattori. There are situations of acute poverty, anxiety or frustration in which the struggle to make the pain of unbearable, the violence, especially against women, make the choice to defend and promote life so demanding as sometimes to heroism. All this explains, at least in part, as the value of life can today undergo a kind of "eclipse", even though conscience does not cease to point to it as sacred and inviolable value, as evidenced by the fact that there is a tendency to disguise certain crimes against life early or final stages by using innocuous medical, which distract attention from the fact that the right is at stake the existence of an actual human person.

12. In fact, many serious if today's social problems can somehow explain the climate of widespread moral uncertainty and sometimes mitigate the subjective responsibility of individuals, is no less true that we are faced with a wider reality, which can be regarded as a veritable structure of sin, which is characterized by the emergence of a culture which denies solidarity and in many cases that is configured as a true "culture of death." This culture is actively fostered by powerful cultural trends, economic and political, as bearers of a conception of society with efficiency. Looking at the situation from this point of view, one can, in a sense, talk about a war of the powerful against the weak: a life which would require greater acceptance, love and care is considered useless, or held to be an intolerable burden, and is therefore rejected in many ways. Who, with his illness, with his handicap or, more simply, with his very presence calls into question the well-being or lifestyle of those who are more favored, tends to be seen as an enemy to be resisted or delete. It is so unleashes a species of "conspiracy against life". It involves not only individuals in their personal relationships, family or group, but goes far beyond, of damaging and distorting, at the international level, relations between peoples and states.

13. To facilitate the spread of abortion, have invested and continue to invest enormous sums of money to the development of pharmaceutical preparations, which make it possible to kill the fetus in the womb, without the need for medical assistance. Scientific research itself on this point, it seems almost exclusively preoccupied with developing products that are more simple and effective in life and at the same time are capable of removing abortion from any kind of control and social responsibility. It is frequently asserted that contraception, if made safe and accessible to all, is the most effective remedy against abortion. The Catholic Church is then accused of actually promoting abortion because she obstinately continues to teach the moral unlawfulness of contraception. The objection, on closer inspection, is clearly unfounded. It may be, in fact, that many people use contraception with a view to excluding the subsequent temptation of abortion. But the negative values \u200b\u200binherent in the "contraceptive mentality" - very different from responsible parenthood, lived in respect of the full truth of the conjugal act - are such that they in fact strengthen this temptation when possible conception of a unwanted life. In fact, the pro-abortion culture is especially strong precisely where that reject the Church's teaching on contraception. Of course, contraception and abortion, the moral point of view, are specifically different evils: the former contradicts the truth of the sexual act as the proper expression of conjugal love, while the latter destroys the life of a human being, the former is opposed the virtue of chastity in marriage, the latter is opposed to the virtue of justice and directly violates the divine commandment "Thou shalt not kill." But despite their differences of nature and moral weight, they are often closely connected, as fruits of the same tree. It is true that there are cases where contraception and even abortion are practiced under the pressure of life difficulties, which however, may not exempt from the effort to comply fully But God's law in many other cases, such practices are rooted in a hedonistic mentality and deresponsabilizzante towards sexuality and assume that a selfish concept of freedom in procreation sees an obstacle to the unfolding of his personality. The life which could result from a sexual encounter thus becomes an enemy to be avoided and abortion becomes the only possible decisive response to failed contraception. The close connection which exists, in mentality, between the practice of contraception and that abortion is becoming increasingly obvious, as demonstrated in an alarming way by the development of chemical products, intrauterine devices and vaccines che, distribuiti con la stessa facilità dei contraccettivi, agiscono in realtà come abortivi nei primissimi stadi di sviluppo della vita del nuovo essere umano.
